  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. A flat rate of $15.99 applies.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day. A flat rate of $29.99 applies.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer service team at support@tynara.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tynara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
